Customer may return merchandise within (30) days of the purchase date with proof of purchase, item in its original condition and with the tags still attached. Customer will receive a store credit or gift card. If an item ordered online needs to be returned, please contact us before initiating return. ALL CLEARANCE AND SHOE SALES ARE FINAL. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Shipping charges start at $12.50 for invoices up to 6 pieces. Shipping rates gradually increase for orders over 7 pieces. ALL ORDERS OVER $200 WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING! Most items will be shipped using U.S. Mail over 5-7 business days. *At this time we do not have a shorter shipping transit time available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
For all orders where "In Store Pickup" is chosen as the shipping method, please be aware these orders may not be available for immediate pick up. Online orders generally take 7-10 days to process if items are not in stock. Stock levels change frequently and we cannot guarantee all items will be in stock at the time your order is fulfilled. We will contact you for any items not in stock and for any anticipated shipping delays. Please do not come and pick up your order unless you have received confirmation by text or email that it is ready for pick up. Thanks so much!
